True to West Coast fashion, the actors on Starz’s hit series won’t settle for CGI manipulation or muscle make-up when it comes to putting their bodies on display. In fact, the cast is required to endure a month-long “gladiator” boot camp—four hours a day, seven days a week—all in the name of authenticity:
