The September Issue: LA Woman Luncheon

There were some heavy hitters at Los Angeles magazine’s third annual L.A. Woman luncheon presented by the Ford Motor Company. Politico Roz Wyman, the woman responsible for bringing the Dodgers to Los Angeles (among many other of her accomplishments) popped by and much to her surprise received the magazine’s first-ever Game Changer Lifetime Achievement Award. Ladies and a handful of gents gathered at the Sofitel Los Angeles to salute all ten of the L.A. Woman Game Changers the magazine honored in the September issue. When I wasn’t looking down admiring the footwear, I spied winner Art of Elysium founder Jennifer Howell (with her pal Topher Grace), whose star-studded fundraisers for the org I’ve covered for many years, and fellow winner Holly Robinson Peete, who just raised loads of cash for her HollyRod Foundation at the DesignCare gala a few weeks ago. Check out the pics and see what Big Shot (yes, Giselle Fernandez was there) ladies (and gents) do when they take an hour or two off for lunch…
