I feel like everyone around me is ditching America and heading off to Europe this summer. All I hear is, “Oh, I’m going to Paris for two weeks on Thursday.” Or, “I’m so sorry I can’t come to your birthday Gabs, I’ll be in Amsterdam for the weekend.” I’m bitter, OK? But just because I am not being whisked off to Italy this coming Fourth of July weekend doesn’t mean I can’t pretend, right? Well thank the stars and stripes because Italian fashion house Bottega Veneta just released a brand new line of Olimpia bags at their Rodeo and Melrose locations and its pretty blue color is suddenly my Independence Day inspiration. Pair this Italian bag with a dreamy red silk jumper and casual white sandals for the holiday, and I bet you’ll forget you’re not on a boat cruising along Cinque Terre.
With this Italian bag on your arm, why not drop some chic new phrases at your Fourth of July festivities?
