You don’t want to wear a bronzer. And, you don’t want to wear a hot pink blush on your not-so-sun-kissed skin. Lucky you, I discovered a solution to this beauty catch-22. Giorgio Armani’s Daybreak (503) Cheek Fabric Blush ($46), is a gorgeous packaged transitional blush, ideal for getting that all over glow without too much fuss. The finely-milled powder goes on softly, so it looks more like a second-skin flush than painted on color. The coral pink shade wears perfectly on tanned skin but—and this part is key—also helps porcelain pale tones look brighter and healthy looking. I found it fun to use it as a sheer eyeshadow to warm up the lids, too.
