Finally. It’s called the Souper Truck, it just launched last week, and it’s run by the dudes who own the Green Truck (one of the oldies but still one of the goodies among luxe loncheras). So new that its streetside face still boasts graphics from the previous occupant (a smoothie purveyor), the Souper Truck has been parking in front of 5900 Wilshire Blvd. (a.k.a. Los Angeles mag HQ) nearly every weekday, ladling out bowls of clam chowder, vegan tomato bisque, and cheeseburger soup. Yes, cheeseburger soup.
