So new that its streetside face still boasts graphics from the previous occupant (a smoothie purveyor), the Souper Truck has been parking in front of 5900 Wilshire Blvd. (a.k.a. Los Angeles mag HQ) nearly every weekday, ladling out bowls of clam chowder, vegan tomato bisque, and cheeseburger soup. Yes, cheeseburger soup.
