Thinking ahead with overnight oats is the perfect way to start the morning with self-care! With this scrumptious recipe, your breakfast also takes care of itself – allowing you more time for a smooth, productive morning.
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk (or sub other dairy-free milks such as almond, soy, or hemp!)
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- 2 ½ TBSP Millie Gram Sesame Almond Honey Cashew Spread
- 2 TBSP maple syrup (or sub coconut sugar, organic brown sugar, or stevia to taste)
- ½ cup rolled oats
Mix coconut milk, chia seeds, Millie Gram Nut Butter and maple syrup together in a mason jar or other container with a lid. Mix in oats until fully coated and submerged in milk mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy by itself in the morning or with a fruit of your choice. We love it with fresh sliced bananas!
“Self-Care To Go” Bites
We’re always on the go – so it’s important to treat ourselves well along the way. For even the busiest days, these ‘to go’ bites are a perfect way to take a delicious dose of self-care with you anywhere!
- 1 ¼ cup oats
- ½ cup of Millie Gram Baobab Orange Almond-Cashew Nut Butter
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- ¼ cup yogurt chips
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 1 TSP vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Cover & chill dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove dough and roll into balls 1-inch in diameter. Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator – they’re good for up to 2 weeks.

- 2 cups coconut water
- ½ cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 banana
- 2 TBSP Millie Gram Matcha Cashew Spread
- Optional: 1 TBSP chia seeds
Mix all ingredients into a blender until the perfect consistency.
Chocolate Avocado Pudding
This one combines all our faves – chocolate, avocado and Millie Gram Nut Butter into a pudding (that’s right, dessert is self-care, folks!) Easy to make, hard to pass up!
- 2 ripe avocados
- ½ banana
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder
- ½ cup Millie Gram Cacao Almond-Cashew Spread (plus more for topping)
- ½ cup maple syrup (or sub agave, coconut sugar, brown sugar, honey or date paste to taste)
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk (or sub other dairy-free milks such as almond, soy, or hemp!)
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Refrigerate pudding until chilled (about 30 minutes).
