Los Angeles has some of the most stunning wedding venues. Whether it’s a Tudor revival mansion with amazingly gorgeous landscaped grounds, a rustically chic Italian villa downtown, or a mountaintop perch far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, L.A. and its surrounding areas have what we think are the best locations in the country. But don’t just take our word for it! We asked five L.A. wedding photographers to choose their most beloved places to shoot. In a town with so many photogenic options, these five stood out.

Carondelet House
627 S. Carondelet St., Los Angeles 90057, 323-466-1835

“Carondelet is a stunning vintage-industrial gem right off the 101 freeway near Koreatown in Los Angeles. I love Carondelet House for its Italian villa-inspired interiors, at once nostalgic and modern, with both moody accents and beautiful natural light. Hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, eclectic vintage furniture, and beautiful spaces for all phases of a modern wedding…it’s one of my favorite wedding venues!” ―Emily Reiter, Anna Delores Photography

Malibu Rocky Oaks
340 Kanan Rd., Malibu 90265, 877-676-7660

“This is one of the prettiest venues in all California. It’s a vineyard on a hilltop overlooking the Santa Monica mountains. A recent ceremony we photographed (pictured) took place on a helipad surrounded by nothing but the most spectacular views you’ve ever seen for miles and miles.” ―Jen Lauren Grant, Birds of a Feather

“Cathedral-turned-glam! This all-white venue is everything for a modern bride who wants a touch of old-world tradition. The high ceilings make for incredible lighting, day and night. It’s perfect for a big party!” ―Sara Allen, onelove photography
