Beginning with a call for entries, Los Angeles magazine and NutriSource Pet Foods is inviting proud pet owners across the region to submit their cutest pet photos. All photos are posted here for the entire year, and the winner will be announced on June 11, 2021, and will be featured in our July issue. Los Angeles’s “Cutest Pet” will also receive a professional photoshoot!

The Cutest Pet in All of Los Angeles Is…
Los Angeles magazine and NutriSource Pet Foods invited proud pet owners from across the region to submit their cutest pet photos as part of the first-annual PetFest cutest pet contest. Thousands of votes were tallied and we have a winner, Col. Angus P. McGruder (Ret.), aka “McGruder”, who’ll be featured in our July issue. Homeless pets are winners too since proceeds from the contest will benefit spcaLA.

Can you believe the PetFest competition, presented by NutriSource Pet Foods, has come to an end? It’s true; after nearly two months filled with hundreds of submissions and thousands upon thousands of votes, Los Angeles Magazine’s hunt for the state’s cutest pet is coming to a bittersweet close.
All photos are posted here for the entire year, and the winner will be announced on June 11, 2021, during Pet Appreciation Week, and will be featured in our July/August issue. LA’s “Cutest Pet” will also receive a professional photoshoot and a special gift from NutriSource Pet Foods!
