The latest tenant to occupy an ever-rotating space on the Sunset Strip (once Norman’s, then briefly Crudo) is Tonys, an Italian-style steak house boasting $5 martinis and $25 steaks. It skimps a bit on the wares (steaks are small, mediocre cuts), but the atmosphere feels like no expense was spared. A multimillion-dollar “exhibition kitchen,” dark wood floors, a live pianist, curvaceous brown leather booths, and butcher block tables make this feel like a hot spot. The young clubber set may appreciate the price point as much as the protein. » 8570 W. Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood, 310-289-1145. L- D daily. Full bar. Steak House $$
