Appropriately decked out in a manly palette of wood, brick, and copper, Stout serves nothing but burgers and beer, plus a few fitting sides like onion rings (awesome) and fries (just OK). The nine specialty burgers are of the topping-heavy variety: The Six Weeker boasts Brie, fig chutney, arugula, and caramelized onions. The meat temperature can be inconsistent, but with that many condiments, it’s hard to notice. The menu suggests a beer to pair with each burger from among the 30 brews on tap, including Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA and the meaty Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout. » 1544 N.
