From the outside, you’d think this was a casual trattoria. Inside, however, the minute room is decked out in white and gold and a large crystal chandelier. Silver Lake dog park grub this is not. Owner Domenico Frasca, who greets each and every diner, is originally from Naples and worked as a waiter at Drago for ten years. The calamari in a bright orange romesco is served with a fried lemon slice, diaphanous ravioli pockets are stuffed with red beet or Peruvian potato, braised rabbit sits on a bed of polenta that sports bits of corn, wild boar ragù is tossed with rotini.
