How to do it: Zoom on a carless PCH past Topanga and Little Dume to the Ventura county line, where the lot at Neptune’s Net is empty—a rare phenomenon. The evening before, rent a longboard at Zuma Jay in Malibu, a good choice for locking into the slow barrels that this point break is known for.
