With its lush vineyards and gorgeous coastal scenery, there is a lot to love about the Central Coast. And at Hungry Cat Hollywood this Tuesday, two emissaries of the region are putting together a special dinner to celebrate it’s bounty.
Santa Barbara winemaker Jeff Fisher of Habit Wine Company is teaming up with David Lentz of Hungry Cat (who oversees a location in Santa Barbara) to serve a four-course dinner using local wines and local indigents ($85 per person, reservations available from 6 to 9 p.m.).
Fisher is best known for his offbeat wines that cull lush, complex flavors from the old vines of the Central Coast. Meanwhile, Lentz will be preparing a menu composed of fresh local seafood and wood-grilled lamb with beans.
