If there was one cocktail I could drink every day it would be the Negroni. Fortunately for me, and my Negroni-loving brethren out there, next week is Negroni Week! Imbibe Magazine and Campari created this inaugural drink week as a way to not only celebrate everyone’s favorite aperitivo but as a way to give back to the community. All across the nation, bars are participating by featuring Negronis and Negroni variations every day from June 2 to 8 and donating a portion of the proceeds from each one sold to a charity of their own choosing.

L.A. has about 30 bars participating but here’s a sampling of what certain bars have in store and the charities they’re repping for. Cin cin!

Big Bar’s Boo Radler (Covenant House California): Bianco vermouth, gin, and Campari, topped with a grapefruit radler.

Harlowe’s Beefeater 24 Negroni Slushie (Stand Watch for Vets): On June 3, this new bar will host a Negroni Week Soiree with a Negroni tap takeover featuring Beefeater, Beefeater 24, and Plymouth Gin.

The Edison’s Bess St. Negroni (Alliance for Housing and Healing): Dolin Blanc, Bols Genever, Aperol, grapefruit bitters.

Ink’s Negroni-a-Day (Inspire Artistic Minds): Ink bartender Gabriella Mylnarczyk has ambitiously created a Negroni-a-day at chef Michael Voltaggio’s restaurant. So go in every day to try them all: a Boulevardier, rapid barrel-aged Negroni, Negroni Sour, Negritalada (Negroni-margarita-Michelada hybrid), Negroni Milkshake, Negroni Jell-O shots, and a sparkling white Negroni Sgroppino with Campari and grapefruit sorbet.

Rivera’s Negroni No.9 (Dolores Mission): Barolo Chinato, Campari, orange and grapefruit essence, and Pierde Almas +9, which is a mezcal-gin hybrid made by infusing mezcal with gin botanicals.

Short Order’s Negroni Week ice cream social (PATH – People Assisting The Homeless): On June 2 enjoy complimentary Coolhaus Negroni ice cream, music by DJ/bartender Dave Fernie, and industry-priced Negronis.

Sotto’s Cornwall Negroni (GettLove): Carpano Antica and Punte e Mes, Campari, gin. This Pegu Club classic was actually offered on Sotto’s opening menu and was very popular.

Eveleigh’s House Negroni (826LA): Plymouth Navy Strength Gin, Campari and Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, served with an orange twist.
