Santola Vinho Verde NV Portugal
Something that is light and crisp and has a little sparkle to it is exactly how you want to start your beautiful Barnsdall Friday off—and that is exactly what you’ll do. Vinho Verde is a type of wine made to drink young and made for the summertime. Enjoy this bad boy with a seafood salad or some cooked spicy shrimp.

Skouras Zoe Rose Peloponnesos 2014 Greece
One of my favorite wines—and definitely one of my favorite wine producers—this comes from the Peloponnesos in southern Greece and is the brain child of Mr. George Skouras. Blended from two native Greek grapes: Moscofilero and Aghiorghitiko, this rosé is packed with all kinds of berry aromas—from boysenberry to blueberry to raspberry to blackberry. An absolute summer delight! Pair this with the traditional Greek salad (no lettuce y’all!)

Azul Y Garanza Tempranillo Navarra 2014 Spain
Tempranillo is the life blood of Spain as far as wine is concerned and this one comes from an awesome part of Northern Spain within the Basque country called Navarra. It is a beautiful medium-bodied wine with hints of red berry fruit and a gamey earthiness. Crush this with some lamb chops!

Monte Olivar Cabernet Sauvignon Mendoza 2010 Argentina
Coming from the high rocky soils of Mendoza Argentina, the landscape sets a great tone for the Carbernet Sauvignon grape. Definitely the fullest of the bunch, this wine is teeming with blackberry fruit and hints of dry brush. The cooler, higher altitude helps to preserve the acidity in the wine and makes it killer to pair with food. Grab yourself and juicy burger and it’s smooth sailing.
