On Wednesday, January 20, Los Angeles magazine celebrated the January “Top 10 Best New Restaurants” issue with a tasting event, presented by Infiniti. The culinary focused evening hosted at 440 Seaton, was transformed into a bistro and park environment complete with gorgeous florals from Eric Buterbaugh. Chefs making the “Top 10” past and present served up gourmet bites that included corned lamb tongue panini from Love & Salt, chopped escargot from Cassia, and Jon & Vinny’s famous meatballs.
In the Infiniti Lounge, guests were treated to a donut wall stacked with California Donuts. They also snapped shots in the photo booth, experienced the Infiniti QX50 and Q50 on display and were given Compartés chocolate gifts. Attendees sipped handcrafted cocktails made with Bombay Sapphire, Peroni Nastro Azzurro, and a variety of wines sampled in the Wine Cave.
