Begin by dry shaking 1 egg white, 3/4 oz Lemon Juice, 1 oz Simple Syrup, 1 1/2 oz Pisco Porton, 1 oz Creme Yvette. After 1 minute of intense shaking add large ice cube and continue shaking for another 30 seconds. Strain and grate fresh Nutmeg on top and finish that round out the sweetness of the honey.
