1.5 oz. Pisco Portón
0.5 oz. Cointreau
0.75 oz. Fresh squeezed lime
0.75 oz. Simple Syrup
2 Tbsp. Fresh fennel, diced (root and stem)
3 Strawberries – diced

In a rocks glass, muddle fennel and strawberries with simple syrup. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir lightly with ice. Garnish with a fennel leaf.

1 oz. Agave Nectar
1 oz. Water
2 Lime & 2 Lemon Wedges

In a shaker, muddle lime and lemon. Fill with ice, add remaining ingredients and mix. Transfer to rocks glass.
