, has added some seasonal sippers to its menu courtesy of the mixologist with the mostest, Marcos Tello. The Mamie Taylor
—named after a Broadway actress from a bygone era—gets a double kick thanks to candied ginger and house-made ginger beer. It’s the hefty helping of Scotch, however, that brings on the spring fever.
-2 oz. blended Scotch
-Juice of half a lime
-1 dash Angostura bitters
-1 hunk of candied ginger
Fill a high-ball glass with ice2.
Add ingredients in the above order (you should just be topping off the glass with the ginger beer) 3.
Gently stir 4.
Garnish with the ginger candy on a toothpick. 5.
