At Heartbeat House in Atwater Village, Rahul Nath’s bollywood aero-bics leads participants through 55 minutes of jumping, hopping, bhangra pivoting, and the Bollywood version of jazz hands. As Hindi film soundtracks play in the background, Nath’s relentlessly sunny attitude makes not smiling impossible, even when you’re out of breath.
