Mario Sabbatini, a Toscana alum, and his twin brother, Raffaele, are partners in the new restaurant in Zax’s old space. The room is still cramped, with no place to wait. The menu’s Italian—what else in Brentwood?—and includes the usual suspects along with a lot of stuffed options: veal stuffed with mozzarella and porcini, branzino stuffed with artichokes. Beware the overly friendly waiters.
