Ocean and Vine
A swath of tall tables look out on the Ferris wheel on the Santa Monica Pier, and there’s a patio with fireplaces and chaises. At lunch the menu leans toward small plates with the likes of inventive sandwiches and soups, and diminutive salads of the Thai chicken and grilled shrimp variety. At night it’s more serious: foie gras, lobster with zucchini linguine, black Angus steak with truffle vinaigrette. Creative wine pairings are suggested for each dish.
