Aside from its location, off the hotel’s lobby bar, the new restaurant at Casa del Mar bears no resemblance to the old one. The kitchen turns out a nice pear salad heaped with shaved serrano ham, free-form ravioli with artichokes and sheep’s milk cheese, a beautifully roasted monkfish with risotto, and a rib eye with fingerling potatoes for two. The lemon tart’s the best dessert.
