Staples Center

Adjacent to the Nokia Center and right next to the Los Angeles Convention Center, the 950,000-square-foot Staples Center is home to four professional sports franchises: NBA’s Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Clippers, WNBA’s Los Angeles Sparks, and the NHL’s Los Angeles Kings. In addition, Staples Center has hosted such events as the GRAMMY Awards, the 2000 Democratic National Convention, the ESPN X Games, and concerts by artists including U2, Britney Spears, the Police, Beyonce, Shakira, Billy Joel, John Mayer, and many others. Completed in 1999, Staples Center is part of the 4,000,000-square-foot L.A. Live development.

Parking: There are 3,300 parking spaces at Staples Center.
