Nestled among the hills of Griffith Park, the award-winning Greek Theatre is a cultural icon. One of Los Angeles’ historic entertainment venues, it has hosted big names in music that span all genres: pop, classical, reggae, rock and more. The 5,801-capacity venue combines an open, outdoor atmosphere with an intimate concert setting. Established in 1929, the Greek Theatre is now owned by the City of Los Angeles and managed by Nederlander-Greek, Inc., which also promotes other L.A. venues.
