Jerry Williams Jr. reinvented himself as soul singer Swamp Dogg in the late ‘60s. Since then he’s released more than 30 albums showcasing his hilarious songs. The White Man Made Me Do It, out this month, is his first new studio album in a career resurgence that has won the veteran R&B performer a bunch of new, young fans. Dallas soul man Bobby Patterson opens the show in a rare West Coast appearance.
