Prune Dinner at Lucques, with Gabrielle Hamilton

You’ve read Blood, Bones & Butter, right? Gabrielle Hamilton’s 2011 autobiography is easily the best memoire—food-focused or not—of the last five years. Well, on Tuesday, November 11, the New York Chef is being welcomed at Lucques for a dinner inspired by her new cookbook, Prune, featuring recipes from her Manhattan restaurant. Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne will present a four-course menu drawn from the book including dishes such as grated radish with trout roe and brown butter, and pork butt with creamed hominy and salsa verde. The dinner costs $55 and copies of Prune will be on sale for $45. Get yours signed by Hamilton, herself. Squee!
