Coffee-Infused Cynar

Ingredients  
1/2 pound Intelligentsia Black Cat Espresso whole coffee beans
1-liter bottle of Cynar

Directions
1. Fill up a glass jar with the Cynar then drop in the coffee beans.

2. Leave in jar to infuse for three days. “It’s really up to you but I like to go at least three days, go between 3 and 5 is just perfect.”

3. Strain out the coffee beans and transfer to a glass bottle. “You don’t have to refrigerate it. It’s one of those things that I always kind of have. It’ll sit forever.” Not that you’ll let it.
