A few teasers include pacific salmon rillettes with rugbrød and shaved asparagus by Jessica Koslow, wood-grilled lamb merguez with pistachio pesto by Suzanne Goin, and dessert, a blackberry rhubarb pie, by Koslow. And that’s just the start.
