What The Stars Will Be Eating and Drinking on Sunday

Win or lose, Golden Globe nominees and their guests have at least one thing to look forward to Sunday night: a three course meal whipped up by Beverly Hilton executive hotel chef Suki Sigiura and executive pastry chef Thomas Henzi. Between trips to and from the stage, smiling for the cameras, and ducking jabs from show host Ricky Gervais, attendees will nosh on this “globally harmonized menu” of local fare:

Appetizer: Pistachio Crusted Pistou Ravioli with Wild Arugula, Smoked Tomato, Kabocha Compote and Burrata

Combination Entrée: Miso & Sake Lees Marinated Pacific Sea with Grilled King Oyster Mushroom and Braised Prime Short Rib of Beef with Porcini Pine Nut Herb Ragout in a Light Cream of Sherry Wine Ginger Tamari Sauce, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Candy Striped Beets, Baby Bok Choy & Yellow Baby Carrots

Dessert Trio: Chocolate Delice Almond Crunch Terrine with Acacia Honey, Caramel & Fresh Berries.

And we wanted to go for the people watching.
