UCLA Drops the Food Cred Hammer


UCLA has released its lineup for an inaugural series of public lectures entitled Science and Food, and it’s a doozy. Starting April 2 and running through June 9, the Westwood campus will host chefs including Noma’s René Redzepi (swoon!), Modernist Cuisine author Nathan Myhrovold, chef David Chang and his Lucky Peach co-editor Peter Meehan, White House pastry chef Bill Yosses, and more. Registration starts March 20, and the limited seating will get gobbled up faster than pigs’ ear appetizer at a food fest. Visit scienceandfood.org for tickets. Full event line-up below:
