From 5-11 p.m. tonight, you can shmooze, eat, and drink as Chef Gillard shows guests the proper way to load the crunchy, Italian toasts with a garlicky tomato topping. With produce supplied by the restaurant’s Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) partner, Country Fresh Herbs, ingredients should be fresh and tasty. A happy hour menu will offer other nibbles for $4-7. If the beer, wines, and cocktails for $4-8 don’t loosen you up, maybe the DJ-spun tunes on the patio will do the trick.
