This week, sous chef Anthony Wang is in charge, and he’s preparing a Sichuan-style feast with crushed cucumbers with sesame, spicy pork, and pea shoot wontons, twice-cooked pork belly, cured Sonoma duck rice, and caramelized ginger ice cream with peanut and caramel swirl.
Meals can be ordered on Tock for one to six people and cost $39 per person.
