L.A.’s 8th annual Feast of San Gennaro may not be for a couple of weeks, but there’s no reason you can’t up your spicy-encased-meat consumption a little early. Starting next Tuesday, Little Dom’s in Los Feliz and Dominick’s in WeHo are celebrating the Italian festival with a special menu of Italian-American street food. Baddabing! The menu, available September 15-18, includes sausage and peppers sandwich, fried clams, rice balls, zeppole (basically an Italian donut), gelato, and more. All items are being served in red and white paper, because, hey, it’s Italian.
But don’t fill up, capische? The real street festival takes place at 1651 N. Highland Ave., just south of Hollywood Boulevard from September 25-27. Admission is only $5, so go ahead—mangia!
