Sour Beer Fest, KTown Night Market, and More!

A guide to the upcoming week’s most delicious happenings

Sour Beer Fest at Little Bear — 4/17
Beer geeks can pucker up at Little Bear this Thursday for their Sourfest 2014. The downtown gastropub’s usual slate of Belgian taps will be pouring a slew of acidic libations like Bruery Sour in the Rye and Allagash Interlude. The tart tastings come in three sizes and are offered all day from 11:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. More information.

K-Town Night Market — 4/18-19
Koreatown is hosting its first-ever night market at the Robert F. Kennedy Community Schools this weekend. Get excited about more than 100 food and merchandise vendors, carnival games, live music, and a neighborhood bar crawl. The festivities take place until midnight on Friday and Saturday and include a giant food truck line-up curated by the Seoul Sausage Company. Admission is free; food and other goodies are purchased separately. More information.

Craft Your Own Cupcakes for Easter at Duff’s Cakemix — 4/20
Ace of Cakes star Duff Goldman’s Melrose bakery will be hosting a special cupcake-decorating event for Easter. Parents and kids can create Easter treats alongside the bakery’s pro cake decorators. The $25 fee gets you four cupcakes plus a special Easter decorating kit (we suspect there are bunnies involved). The crafting takes place from 3 to 4:30 p.m. More information.
