Paula Deen Cruise Scheduled for 2013: Discuss

Yes indeedy, on January 27, 2013 you can set sail aboard Royal Caribbean’s Mariner of the Seas alongside the diabetic deep-frying queen, Paula Deen. The Paula Deen Cruise will sail from Galveston Texas (of course) to Honduras, Belize, and Cozumel. Time stock up on ranch dressing, Caribbeans. They’re headed your way.

Among the Paula Deen-specific cruise highlights:

-A welcome pajama dessert party with Paula (wow—just, wow)
-Not your Mama’s Meals with Paula & Bobby (wait, they’re all there?)
-Jazz (or Gospel) Brunch (the parenthetical is theirs, not ours)
-A personal photo with Paula Deen (cheese!)
-Super Bowl Party with the boys—Michael, Bobby, and Bubba (oh crap, they are indeed all there)—plus a Q&A with special guest Bob Tatarek, former defensive tackle with the Buffalo Bills (we’re speechless)
-Final night BBQ and cocktail party (assuming the boat hasn’t pulled a Costa Concordia by then due to a week’s worth of Deen-approved dining)

We’re guessing they have yet to schedule the “wrap yourself in bacon and go down the waterslide” tournament, which we assume will come come just before the “who is the most buoyant” contest.

Cabins start at $1,477 for the week. The chance to see a Paula Deen in a swimsuit? Priceless.

Just think, a week with this:
