Sweet or savory? That is the question. Luckily you won’t have to choose at the 826LA Pie Salon event, hosted by The Barn in Silver Lake on Thursday, May 19. Crust and filling lovers alike will enjoy a variety of seasonal pies baked fresh by Sarah Williams of Fruit and Flour, while raising money for 826LA, a non-profit writing and tutoring organization. Tickets can be bought online or at the door for $15. Slicing and music begins at 7 p.m.
