Oh what a night. Last Thursday Los Angeles magazine honored the city’s best new restaurants (and a few of our older favorites) at a delicious shindig at downtown’s Lot 613. All the chefs were there, not only to receive a hearty round of applause, but also to satisfy our hearty appetites with samples of everything from Pine & Crane’s pig ear salad to our January issue cover star, République’s Bomboloni. We ate, we drank, we partied, we’re still full. Till next year!
