Food & Wine “Best New Chef” Dinner Series at Paiche – 3/26 to 3/27
In conjunction with Food & Wine magazine and the L.A. blog Food GPS, chef Ricardo Zarate welcomes fellow Food & Wine Best New Chef honorees for a two-night celebration at his not-yet-open restaurant, Paiche. On March 26, Portland chef Naomi Pomeroy joins Zarate for a five-course meal. The next night, Boston’s Jamie Bissonnette and Salt Lake City’s Viet Pham will put together a six-course meal.
