Think of KITH as a street wear shop with a sweet tooth. Located a floor below the Fred Segal near Sunset Plaza, the NYC-based fashion-and-footwear retailer sells more than limited edition Nikes.
Adjacent to the glass-enclosed shopping space you’ll find KITH Treats, a silver-bedazzled cereal bar featuring ice cream swirls, milkshakes, an assortment of candy bar toppings, and two dozen brands of breakfast classics (from Cocoa Puffs and Cap’n Crunch to Fruity Pebbles and Frosted Flakes).
If you’re feeling like breakfast, you can order any cereal topped with regular, chocolate, or almond milk in what’s dubbed a Commuter Bowl. But really, who’s keeping it simple at this place? Try one of the custom celeb-designed bowls like the Bam Bam by food-loving rapper Action Bronson—a blend of Rice Krispies, Cookie Crisp, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Kit Kat, crushed Oreos, and Lucky Charms—or LeBron James’s King’s Treat, made with Cinnamon Toast Crunch, granola, and Snickers.
Our just-sweet-enough favorite might be the flavor KITH founder Ronnie Fieg dedicated to his wife, which features Kariot, an Israeli hazelnut-cream cereal, a swirl of vanilla ice cream, and a thick drizzle of Nutella. If you’re going to window shop for $500 kicks, this dessert won’t seem like a splurge.
KITH Treats, 8500 W. Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood.
