Come celebrate two of our most delicious Best of LA winners as they collaborate for an evening of eco-conscious wine tasting, porchetta nibbling, and festive mingling with Los Angeles magazine editors, staff, and fellow readers.
Head to Domaine LA, this year’s Best Natural Wine Store winner, from 6 to 9 p.m. next Tuesday, August 20, to learn about traditional and noninvasive winemaking techniques from around the world with shop owner and wine expert Jill Bernheimer. Chef Zach Pollack of Sotto, which took home this year’s prize for Best Porchetta, will be dishing out tastes of the restaurant’s signature pork belly creation with black-plum mostarda as well as other seasonal Italian bites.
Los Angeles magazine Dine Editor and current Top Chef Masters judge Lesley Bargar Suter will be on hand as well to chat with loyal readers and fellow food and wine enthusiasts. The cost is $20 at the door, which includes all wine and food tastes. No RSVP required, but space is limited. Arrive early!
Parking tip: Domaine LA has a small (read: tiny) lot, but street parking opens up at 7 on Highland. We hope to see you there!
