Considering the number of times I’ve come home at 2 a.m. and scarfed a few toaster waffles to soak up the night’s libations, I totally get this: This weekend The Edison is debuting a new Late Night Breakfast menu, available from 11:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Those Nutella-banana crepes might be better suited for a sunny patio than a dark, cavernous, Blade Runner-esque boiler room-turned-night club—but after a few of those Absinthe 75 cocktails, you probably won’t notice.
