Food & Wine Puts Alma, Bestia, and Chi Spacca on L.A.’s A-List

Top Round, Trois Mec, Hinoki & the Bird & more also make the cut

Next month, Food & Wine magazine announces its picks for L.A.’s restaurant A-List. Restaurant editor Kate Krader hand-picked each spot, putting Ari Taymor’s Alma, Bill Chait’s Bestia, and Chad Colby’s Chi Spacca at the top. Hinoki & the Bird, Orsa & Winston, Paiche, Trois Mec, Top Round Roast Beef, and Petty Cash also made the cut.

Curiously, Sherry Yard’s Helms Bakery and The Line Hotel, both of which are still under construction, are also on this list.

Food & Wine‘s March issue hits newsstands this Friday, February 14.
