L.A. Vegan Beer and Food Fest — 5/17
What is it about vegans and beer? They love the stuff! This weekend local vegan blogger Quarrygirl joins with Nic Adler and the team behind Tony’s Darts Away to host the fifth annual celebration of an animal-free lifestyle and great brews. More than 40 craft breweries will be pouring and nearly as many plant-based food vendors will be in attendance, including M Cafe de Chaya, Gracias Madre, and Crossroads. There will be live bands, too, to set the mood. The event is sold out (again, vegans love beer), but when tickets were available they were $15 for general admission, $80 for VIP. More information.
