What: Local chef Nyesha Arrington is putting her craft on display later this month as part of a dinner installation combining art and food. “Food is Art” is being described as a four-course tasting experience inspired by color. Says Arrington in a release, “Every plate is like a canvas.” The dinner will benefit the Sustainable Economic Enterprises of Los Angeles (SEE-LA), which is one L.A.’s major farmers’ market producers.

How: “Food is Art” is $65 per guest or $85 for a seat at the chef’s table. Tickets must be purchased online in advance.
