What: Food holidays, schmood holidays—there’s one for every day of the year. And though they bore us, sometimes we can’t help but use them as an excuse to indulge.
At the beginning of the month, in preparation for National Macaron Day (March 20), Bouchon held an online contest for macaron munchers all over the country to vote for their favorite flavor. Surprise surprise, Nutella won. Tomorrow, the chocolate-hazelnut ganache cookie combo will be sold at Bouchons across the country, including the one in Beverly Hills. Bouchon’s classic flavors—raspberry, chocolate, lemon, coffee, caramel, and pistachio—will also be on offer.
When: Thursday, March 20, from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m.
Where: 235 N. Canon Dr., Beverly Hills.
How: Single macarons are $3; a boxed assortment is $16.
