What: Executive chef David LeFevre and his crew at Fishing with Dynamite are featuring a different take on the classic chowdah every Tuesday this month. The line-up will change weekly—oyster, chard, and panchetta (2/11); corn, leak, and smoked potato (2/18); grilled tomato Manhattan-style (2/25)—but if you’re more of a traditionalist, they’ll also be offering their signature New England version.
When: Tuesdays, February 11 until February 25 (National Clam Chowder Day), from 11:30 a.m. until 10 p.m.
