What: Remember BEP Kitchen? Connie Tran’s pop-up was doing brunch earlier this year, and we haven’t been able to stop thinking about it. Since then, Tran has hosted private events and gathered together a team of like-minded women—all while looking for a permanent spot. By popular demand, BEP Is back at the pop-up game, but this time, for dinner. Next month, Tran and her crew will serve Bò 7 Món or Seven Courses of Beef. The family-style menu includes dishes like bo nhung dam, carpaccio filet, fermented rice, shiitake broth; thit vien nuong, grilled garlic meatballs, steamed rice cake, warm bliss fish sauce; and canh thi la, alphabet soup, neckbone, sinqua squash, dill. There’s actually an eighth course too: dessert!
