What do grilled cheese sandwiches and National Geographic have in common?
Not much, but on Monday, November 3 in honor of National Sandwich Day you’ll be able to pick up one of chef Eric Greenspan’s award-winning sandwiches from Nat Geo’s food truck (yes, even magazines have food trucks these days).
Greenspan, the L.A. chef who owns the popular sandwich Greenspan’s Grilled Cheese on Melrose, will be on hand to take pictures with fans (say cheese!) and talk about his upcoming food show on the Nat Geo channel, Eric Greenspan is Hungry, which premieres on November 24.
You’ll be able to find the food truck on Monday, November 3 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 5900 Wilshire Blvd. and from 1:30 to 2:30 at 6300 Wilshire Blvd. How’s that for a tasty deal?
