New to The Hart and the Hunter’s spring menu is a classically Southern cornbread-stuffed quail. Housemade corn bread is the basis of a stuffing that includes woodland herbs, bacon, and mushrooms. After the bird is roasted to a golden brown, it’s served on a bed of butter-braised cabbage and duck fat-fried apples. The new dish is $21 and available only at dinner.
